    What’s the difference between a Galleria Bath & Kitchen Showplace and other places that sell plumbing products?
    We can list a lot of important characteristics that set us apart from everybody else.

      Here’s the short list:
    • we are professionals in the plumbing industry. We’ve been at it over 50 years and we are part of one of the largest independent plumbing wholesalers in the state of Florida.
    • Unlike the big box stores and other retailers, we handle only quality brands that live up to our discriminating standards. We are a Specification Showroom. That means our sales consultants work with each client one on one to specify the plumbing fixtures and accessories for a whole job. We follow the job through to completion.
    • Our main business is with plumbing contractors. Our relationship with all the leading contractors in the Tampa Bay area – many of whom we have been doing business with for generations – assures you of a smooth job.
    I just want to select a faucet, not a whole house full of plumbing. Is that all right?
    Sure! Every job, even one faucet, is important to us. But, just like specifying a whole house, it may take a little time to find just the right faucet for your home. Go ahead and make an appointment. You’ll be glad you did.

    I already have a plumbing contractor. How does that work?
    Plumbing contractors have a lot of experience in working with the Galleria. Give them a call before you make your appointment. They may offer helpful suggestions or recommend a particular consultant to work with that knows their projects exceptionally well.

    Can I just buy products straight from the Galleria?
    Yes, you can. But, let us caution you that this isn’t always the best option, especially on new construction projects or extensive remodeling projects. You may actually be able to save some money on the front end by buying directly from a Galleria (or other source). But, it has been proved again and again that the professional plumbing contractor is well worth the modest additional cost you may incur by purchasing your product through them. A wise consumer will listen to what the plumbing contractor has to offer before making a buying decision.

    I can’t make it in during normal business hours, what other options are available?
    Saturdays are set aside exclusively from getting acquainted with the Galleria. You can come in a browse to get a good idea of what is available and see the many choices you have to choose from. Showroom consultants are on hand, but due to the heavy volume of visitors on Saturday, detailed consultations are not possible. Subject to availability, after hours appointments for project specification meetings are made on a case by case basis. Check with the Galleria most convenient to you for availability of after hours appointments.

    What is the most important thing I can do to save myself time, trouble and money in preparing my plumbing specifications?
    Make an appointment with a Galleria sales consultant prior to coming in.

    Does the Galleria offer installations services?
    No we do not. Installation of plumbing fixtures, especially luxury products, is best left to licensed and experienced plumbing contractors. We can recommend contractors that we know from our past involvement are experienced and qualified to do any type of installation. We can also assist you with other qualified professionals such as designers, general contractors, tile contractors and more.

    Do you have other products besides plumbing fixtures?
    Yes. We display a complete line of garbage disposals, cabinet door hardware and pulls, bathroom exhaust fans, medicine cabinets and mirrors, wall sculpture, water softners and bathroom accessories. We do not sell tile, countertops, appliances or built in cabinetry.

    What about lighting products?
    We do display a selection of wall lamps and sconces that match certain faucet lines. Items like chandeliers and ceiling lights are not found in Galleria Showplaces.

    Does Galleria offer design services?
    Galleria sales consultants are expert at helping you select products that compliment your design or fulfill your dreams. We do not do offer professional design services. However, we can recommend qualified and certified designers that have worked with Galleria customers in the past.

    Does the Galleria warranty everything it sells?
    We stand 100% behind every manufacturer’s warranty that we represent. But, that doesn’t tell the whole story. Galleria personnel go out of their way to make any situation that requires warranty service as painless as possible for the homeowner. We use our relationship with the manufacturer and the contractor to remedy any problem quickly and smoothly.

    Sometimes I find items cheaper from Internet websites. How can you compete against that?
    It's true sometimes you can find cheaper prices on Internet websites. We do not sell our products over the internet, nor can we recommend buying from websites. Our showroom employees are highly trained personnel, it is the service they provide that makes the difference. Below is an excerpt taken directly from the ROHL product warranty statement that expands on that:

    "ROHL recommends that its products be purchased only through authorized decorative plumbing and hardware showrooms and not over the Internet. Showrooms provide a place where you can see, touch, and feel the quality of ROHL products in person and make your purchase decisions assisted by people who have experience with both the aesthetics and technical aspects of plumbing fittings and fixtures. These individuals are also responsible for assisting you after your purchase.

    There are now various companies that sell faucets over the Internet. Some sites are operated by plumbing showrooms and can back up their online sales with the service of their brick and mortar business. Many others exist solely online and provide little, if any service after the sale. Because of their minimal overhead what they may offer is better pricing than the showrooms. These businesses capitalize on the investments make by brick and mortar showrooms, where consumers make their choices and get the advice they needs, by tempting these consumers to make their actual purchases online. ROHL finds this type of business model unreliable and unethical; therefore, our warranty is not valid unless the product is sold by a displaying ROHL showroom."

    Do you have everything in stock?
    In spite of the fact that our parent company, Castle Group, has over $25 million in inventory statewide, and the unique nature of the luxury products market often requires that we must special order some items. In these cases, special requirements may come into play which will include payment of a deposit. There are also many custom and handmade items from various manufacturers that may require longer than normal wait times to arrive. If truely unique is what your are after, then we recommend that you consider making your appointment right away.

    I noticed that the items on display do not have prices on them. Why is that?
    We prefer to give a price based on the whole project. This includes the actual cost of the product in addition to the value of other services included and the total size of the order. Galleria consultants only give quotations after a complete specification appointment. For purposes of comparison, consultants will use “Manufacturer’s List” pricing.
