To accomplish this very special mission, both you and our sales consultant have to invest a considerable amount of time working together. Please take a few minutes to read this section. It’s critical to you having a successful Galleria visit.
First, let us explain what type of showroom we are. We are technically called a specification showroom. That means that each customer is treated individually. Every project is thoroughly explored to discover the perfect match of style, design, color and functionality. We go to great lengths to explain the many available options so each client can make an informed decision. This is not a place with price tags and self service shelves. You can’t expect to do justice to your project if you only plan to stop by and browse for a few minutes.
The most important step in having a successful visit is to make an appointment. We can’t stress this enough. The average home specification takes a minimum of two hours. Believe us, it takes every minute of that time! Our consultants are usually booked several days in advance. They rarely have more than a few minutes between scheduled appointments, so you can see how important it is. It’s easy to make the appointment, just give us a call.
When you meet with your consultant, its helpful to have as much information about your project as possible. Here are some things you’ll want to share:

- Area where you’ll be building
- Dimensions of the bathroom and kitchen areas
- General information about what kind of style, color, or finish you may be interested in
- Special features that you are interested in
After your consultation, your sales consultant will prepare a quotation that will contain all the pertinent information you and your professional contractor will need in order to make a sound decision.
